Now I am sure that we would all admit to becoming a little stressed from time to time. It is knowing what to do about it which is the problem for most of us. I am the type of person who used to stress about the smallest of things, this stress affected my sleep, my skin and my work life. I have now learnt and discovered ways to reduce the stress. I am going to write about these ways in this article.

I have had a good chat with myself during recent times, having to admit various weaknesses if you like; one of which was my overall attitude to life. For whatever reason I always used to think in a very negative way; I was always rather down and depressed and believed that I was an unlucky person. In reality I was actually fine but as you may be able to tell I would feel sorry for myself.

I am now able to think in a far more positive light and this has helped me no end.

Meditation has also helped me to think in a more upbeat manner. The main area where I find meditation helps is to enable my mind to think in a much clearer manner.

Exercise is my next tip to help other people to reduce the amount in which they worry or stress. I have a pet dog now and taking it for around six walks a day helps to to keep fit and to also get out of the house when things start to get a bit stressed.

All of these things have helped me in many ways including to overcome stammering; this was a problem that I had to endure for eighteen years of my life. At the time, before the internet was born, it was quite difficult to receive credible stammering advice, which just added to the overall frustration.

I am now able to live a happy, confident, fluent life and am working as a well known web promotion specialist as well as being able to offer people cheap calls.

Michael Jackson’s sudden death  raises a common question that concerns all of us. Will a Doctor Client Relationship be able to be scrutinised publicly for suspicion of ethic violations? There are great opportunities for medical health practitioners but we cannot toss ethics through the window. In Isaiah 64:6,the Bible says “But we are all like an unclean thing, And all our righteousness are like filthy rags; We all fade as a leaf, And our iniquities, like the wind, Have taken us away.”
Time to ponder about these things.

Abuse of prescription drugs, doctor client privacy privileges and you in the middle.Do you really feel protected even if it were you who kept ordering the drugs against your doctor’s wishes? In all Client and Vendor relationships we all know the things we do to keep our high ticket customers don’t we? Most of the times ethic issues are ignored so far as we think we got the situation covered and after all we don’t or cannot lose clientele.

I think the quality of Michael Jackson’s music started a downward spiral the moment Quincy was no more in charge of his music. Right? Bruce Sweden was the one in charge of the sweet sounds in the mixes then what happened?

Not the Limos, nor the Business Deals, nor the Beatles Catalogue, nor the smooth media and press image, but just being healthy.

OK you would think a $300 an hour doctor on call should seal the deal and Mr Jackson  still could not make it through the night to read his newspaper in the morning? Come on American Business.

OK, he should have sang “The Girls from Ipanema”, did Opera, challenged the late Pavarotti, taught music at Berklee School of Music and even did Smooth Jazz. Nope. This guy was very focused and probably had bigger fish to fry.

So far as his plastic surgery thing went, it was not only him who was guilty if you think that was a crime. Almost all Americans and people who could afford a nip and a tuck creepingly went under the knives.

Personally, I think he really looked terrific in his new facials with dimples in the right places and all. What’s amazing is how courageous and pure he was. He is a guy who was not afraid of taking risks.

To me he donated his body to fulfill our thirst and love for perfection desired for the perpetual human circus?

I found that a variety of magazines have useful articles on stress as well. Most of the tips all focus on the same concepts – breathing, counting to 10 and taking time to focus on your own self. While all of those suggestions are probably more helpful to others than they are for me, I’d rather read some articles on stress elimination. I do not even know if got any suggestions out there, but if you can find one, tell me!

Give yourself a break.

You will need it to be more productive. A ten to fifteen minute break during your work is necessary. Go visit a coffee shop nearby, do some stretching for 10 minutes, or do something to get your mind off work, at least for a while. This is necessary to refresh and recharge. Believe it or not, you can also take some time at work and relax with your eyes closed as you visualize a peaceful landscape or a relaxing scene. Hum your favorite relaxing tune if you like.Your mind and your muscles will love you for these stress free moments.

Relax and be cool. Doing so makes you healthier, happier, and a lot more productive.
