Toyota recently released their new price for the 2010 Prius.  With a MSRP of ,500 on the Prius is a few thousand dollars more expensive than its main competitor; the Honda Insight, which has a MSRP of ,800. The cheap base price give the Insight the title of most affordable hybrid in the U.S.

The Toyota has been the reigning king of the hybrid market for years now, but with the low price of the Insight, Honda is aiming to take away that title.

MAGI beyond the marked limits will be not qualified for a tax credit.

4. You cannot apply for a first time home buyer credit if you bought your home before April 9 2008. 2009 home buyers are likely to have the tax credit.
